We hope you are happy with your order but if for any reason you'd like to return your piece you can do so within 7 days of receiving it. Please get in touch by emailing us at
If the item isn't quite right for you, we are more than happy to offer an exchange/return on the condition that the product is returned in the original condition they are unworn and without odor or perfume and arent damaged or marked in any way.

our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet these conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.


Before shipping an item back to us, please request a return authorization request from our return team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can do this by emailing us at Your order number and your reason for exchange/refund return as quickly as possible.

* PLEASE NOTE: You will need to cover the cost of your return/exchange back to us if there are no faults with your item. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are nor responsible for lost/stolen or undelivered parcels.

Once the return has been approved you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.

If 7 days have gone by since the delivery date of your purchase, unfortunately, sales and discounted items cannot be refunded.

Orders to the EU are shipped by Royalmail Tracked/Signed for service within a 5-7 days delivery aim

Orders to the rest of the world have a 7-14 working days delivery aim. Please be aware that sometimes customs may delay delivery slightly. ( Due To Covid-19 there are delays)


All items are shipped 1st class with Royalmail signed form.
